Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was sentenced to probation until my 19th birthday. All the terms of my Probation was completed. Yesterday i had my last meeting with my probation officer. He said my case would be closed on october 12th. My birthday. That's in 2you days. Can i be drug tested after this date?

No you can't. Upon your release from probation then they no longer have jurisdiction over you. As a juvenile offense, the court only has jurisdiction over you until you reach your 19th birthday. As such, after your 19th birthday neither the court nor probation can force you to submit to a drug test. However, it isn't a good idea to consume illegal substances in general.
