Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was sentenced to 29 weeks battery intervention classes and $800 in court fines or serve a 60 day jail sentence, its now the end of my sentence 11/26 when everything is supposed to be completed and I have 6 classes remaining and I haven't made an attempt on my court fines because I lost my job and I went to SD to make money at the bike rally thus why missing the 6 classes, me, the victim [father of my child in the case] and my pastor wrote a letter to the judge asking for an extension and leniency on my fines, and I check my records online and it says Judge has denied defendants request. This is my first offense.

Unfortunately Misdemeanor probation cannot be extended legally. That is why your request was denied. You should keep trying to finish the classes. Violations based on financial reasons are generally not considered as serious as violations for failure to complete court ordered classes.
