Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
sentencing information
If you are charged with petit theft 2nd degree misdemeanor and trafficking in stolen property a felony 2nd degree what type of sentence could you be looking at if you plead not guilty? And the person charging you with this crime has been arrested on retail theft, drug possesion and paraphelia all as a 1st degree misdemeanor. Who all could be called to testify?

The maximum penalty would be 15 years and 60 days. The minimum would be the bottom of your guidelines scoresheet which I dont know.The victim's misdemeanor record, really doesnt matter.The victim and the police willl be called to testify.
