Sentencing
at this stage does there have to be an Attorney present? she fired him.

If she fired her attorney, and she is in custody, she can choose to either represent herself, hire a new attorney, or have the public defender appointed if she qualifies.
Depending on the nature of the charges for which she was convicted, and her prior criminal history, it is probably unwise to have a sentencing hearing without benefit of counsel.
