Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Sentencing statues:
I was the victim of aggrvated battry with great bodily harm.My attacer was given three years probation and the casewas closed on 2006.He had a prior record for a felony but all charges were droped.e has violated probation three times since and now he was picked up on a probation violation warrant.The court charges are the original agrrevated battery with grea bodily harm and no bond.Howmuch time will he get if any?
And how can I me sure he stays in forenough time so that he cant harm anyone else?
