Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you serve 4 years of of 5 year concurrent sentence with 1 year probation, and you voilate probation after 6 months, can the sentence be changed to consecutive?

Generally speaking the judge has the right to sentence you to the max that they originally could have sentenced you to.
