Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was served a subponia in Orlando Florida. I'm now in Alaska, do i need to fly back to florida to testify?

Before you do anything you should call the attorney that subpoenaed you. Depending upon the type of case, they may be required to provide the cost of your transportation. In general it seems unlikely that a judge would issue a contempt order or rule to show cause against a person who failed to appear for a subpoena in Florida when they reside in Alaska.
