Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Served 9 1/2 years Arkansas prison got out 2008 later moved to Orlando Fl. Twice in last six months Arkansas placed fugative from justice warrants upon and each time elected not to extradite me once I was locked up in the Orange county jail having jail administration give me letter from Arkansas to voluntarily come back to Ark. and report. This day Ark Parole office told me they will extradite me if I donot come back.
Can Arkansas extradite me after declining to do so twice according to interste compact or any other laws while I reside in Orlando?
