Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am currently serving a six month sentence on felony probation. I have been ordered to pay court costs and fees in excess of $1000.00. Because the term of my probation is only six months I have been ordered to pay those costs within two months. I am unemployed and have no assets and am, therefore, unable to pay these costs at this time.
I have already filed a motion with the court for a civil lien and have been granted a court date on July 3rd. My question is how to handle my request for relief with the judge?
Is there anything which I need to prove in order to be granted my motion for a civil lien?

You have already taken the right steps. You just need to ask. Also, tell the judge you are willing to do community service in lieu of some of the fines.
