Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was setting my doctor office I was setting across from the doctor when the DEA came in to the office,I was searched and a xenax was found in my pocket because my medicane bottle was broken the medicane was from this doctor i was arressted and booked in jail I was released on bond after 36 hours.I have been trying to find out a court date and they tell me there is no charges agnist me at the clerks office so thy cant give me a court date.How long do I have to wait to see what i am charged with to get a court date.

Since you were arrested they have nearly six months to file formal charges against you. You might want to consider hiring an attorney who can talk to the prosecutor about dismissing this case so that it doesn't go any further.
