Re: sexual assualt occuring while on vacation
Over the years, I have had family, friends and clients who were physically, emotionally and/or sexually abused. "Thouching" means "ca-ca". Were the girls touched inappropriately, or molested, or raped? THINK about what happened, and what is best for the "victims". It's my experience that those that start down the road to becomming molesters & rapists (at least of children) were abused themselves... maybe they can be salvaged, maybe not. You need help from professionals and or your clergy.
Crimes are reported in the state where they occur.
Good luck to all concerned.

In the area where the alleged assault took place.
My question to you, however, unless the "touching is more serious than it sounds" why would you not try to resolve this matter among your family instead of involving the law and the harm which may occur to all whom are involved including the young girls. I think you need to think this through and consider the ramifications to the 15 year old boy and to the girls. Perhaps you should speak with a trusted clergyman rather than the police.
