Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

sexual assualt

My son is charged with sexual assalt, after havining sex all week end with his son's mother. She had just had a baby by another man less than 2 wks.after childbirth she insisted on being with my son, she even brought a bottle of loratabs with her for them to take. She asked him to divorce his wife and take her back and he told her no way. she through a fit and left and called police they took her to battered womans nurse and she made report that she was bruised up with some tearing down there. they are acussing him of brutally attacking her, my question is , how can I get a doctor who is unbiased to testify on the condition of a womans sexual parts who has sex several times over the course of 3 days after having a baby less than 2 week prior,and the fact they were both on drugs which deadens the senses. His public defender is only requesting the doctor who checked her out in the emergency room to describe her condition . I can't get him to understand .It may be because he don't want to because this is a small good ole boy town. they offered him 20 years if that tells you any thing. There was three other charges but the have been disproved. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are unhappy with the public defender, your only option is to hire a good private attorney, who can help finder the proper expert witness to explain your point.
