Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Sexual child abuse interview practices
My understanding is that it is a national standard to video tape or audio tape an alleged child victim of abuse with some type of custodial athority present. Where can I secure this specific information?

There is no national standard, Im sure every State is a little different. Child victims are interviewed by DCF in Florida on video tape. There are no parents allowed. You can look in Florida Statutes, or DCF policy manual.
