Re: sexual consent age

As long as she was over the age of 16 during the course of their relationship and she consented then your friend is in the clear. He should however speak to a lawyer before answeing any questions from law enforcement. Feel free to call me.

Re: sexual consent age

I wouldnt recomment it regardless of whether there girl is 16 as consent can be problematic. If questioned by the police, find a attorney immediately.

Re: sexual consent age

Assuming he is under 24 years of age he can have "consensual" sex with a 16 or 17 year old. He should definitely make sure the girl is 16, not just saying she is 16. And I wouldn't let him speak to law enforcement about it.

For more information, he can check out my website at www.slavinlawfirm.com or call my office for a consultation.
