Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I know of someone that is a sexual offender and he has violated for the first time due to him cutting a minor's hair unsupervised. He did not touch the minor but just gave him a simple hair cut. It is in his order that he can not have any unsupervised contact with a minor. What is the possible outcome that he could face from the minimum to the maximum?

The minimum could be to be put back on probation, the maximum depends on what he was originally charged with. Most sex offenses are either second or first degree felonies, then the maximum would be either 15 or 30 years prison. He should consult a lawyer right away.
