Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a shareholder in a corporation and found out that one of the employees has awarded himself (another corporation in his name) a 50 000 dollars contract? Can I file criminal charges?

No. Only a state stormer can file criminal charges. You can either report it to the police or file a civil suit.
