Can a sheriff department write on there report, that has nothing to do with an arrest my medications, that were in my possession and my doctors name. In which would be public record. Also I am seeking an attorney for my civil rights being violated. This was listed on the arrest form that is public record. What are my rights???

A deputy does not violate HIPPA laws by writing your medications on his report. And there is absolutely no basis to argue he violated your Civil Rights for doing so.

If I were you, I would be more concerned about fighting your case. You need to remember, no matter how much you feel like the victim, you are in fact the defendant.
