Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Does shipping worn unwashed underwear to people with fetishes go against the code 18 U.S. Code ยง 1461? I called UPS, UPS hazardous material support and D.O.T and they said it's not biohazzard unless it has pathogens and worn by an infected person. How would I ship this legally? There was a woman arrested in 2006 and that code was used against her I'm very confused. One lawyer on avvo told me it's illegal but yet I'm hearing else where it's not can someone explain this to me please?
