Shooting at within or into a building
SHOOTING AT WITHIN OR INTO A BUILDING
Criminal Mischeif (under $200)
I was arrested under these charges in Tampa, Florida.
I was wondering what the sentencing was for this crime. Police Have no gun, no shell casings and only 1 witness.
What should I do?

Shooting into a Building can carry a sentence of up to 15 years and very often has a minimum mandatory component, so even first-time offenders go to prison for a very long time.
You need to get a good criminal lawyer right away.
