What happens if i don't show up for the hearing and will this injunction get me arrested? i'm talking about an temorary injunction for protection against dating violence filed against me.

You won't get arrested, but the injunction will be automatically granted against you for a certain amount of time, usually between six months and five years, but it could be for life.
