Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I signed for an illegal package, but it was in my girlfriends name, what would the charge be? She kept lying to the federal officers saying she knew nothing about a package until they told me they'd arrest me because I signed for an illegal package.

The charge would depend on what's in the package. Without that information it would be impossible to tell.
