Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i am a co signer on my 19 year old car. if she commits a crimnal act that injures and kills someone, can i as the parent and co signer be sued?

This really should be asked under the personal injury forum, but yes you can be sued. Anytime the owner of the vehicle lets another drive, then the owner is responsible for damages, but the owner could file a cross-claim with the driver in order to recover damages. However, when the driver commits a criminal act there are also limitations. That is why I suggest you reask the question in the personal injury forum.
