signing bail bonds
what are the legal actions against someone who signs a $100,ooo bail bond(what if that person also gets on stand and says they or person are not flight risk) and the person you signed for leaves town

If the person you signed for skips out on the bail, you lose the $100,000. However, if you bring the person back to court, the law allows for some of the money to be returned to you, depending on how fast you bring the bail-skipper back.
