Simple battery
can an alleged victims prior convictions in any felony battery or assault case be cited in defense of a charge of simple battery-misdemeanor case in Miami-Dade Florida for a defendant who has been arrested for such an allegation by the alleged victim

Any prior felony convictions will be admissible in state court.
Only the felonies, not the misdemeanors.
