simple possession of marijuana

So my sister and i were driving thru South Carolina and we got pulled over. They searched the car, and found my bag of weed. i claimed responsibility for it. They DID NOT arrest me, but they charged me with simple possession of maijuana. I've never been trouble before. I live in Florida. How would i go about cleaning my record in FL if i got caught in SC?

You can't. You have to take care of it through SC.

You shouldn't have a record in Florida. At most, any agency could do a national check and see you were arrested in SC. You would have to clear the record in SC and ask that they remove it from any national registry.
