Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i singed a bound for someone and did not wont to be on the bound anymore can i off bound? for any reason and can the boundsman tell me no?and make me stay on it? when i think that the person is going to run.

Only the actual bondsman can come off the bond. They are the only ones legally running the risk, despite you putting up the 10% fee and any collateral. In other words if the person runs you have to sue that person to get the money back. Now, you can tell the bondsman your concerns and they may come off the bond thereby protecting you and the bondsman.
