Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Sis
I was arrested in Missouri for conspiracy to possess an illegal substance. Now I am trying to get into Nursing school in Florida and they are not even excepting me 7.5 years later. I have an SIS and I thought that everything was supposed to be off of my record. Does an SIS mean conviction? Please help

Re: Sis
How do you know that this is the reason you aren't being ACCEPTED to nursing school? Have you been told this by the admissions office?
