Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My sister died unexpectely while out of state with her husband. Twenty six days after her death, her husband is now living in their home with another woman. Everything her husband told us about her death has been proven not to be true; The documents i obtained relating to my sister's death doesn't confirm his story, they do just the opposite. The illnesses listed on her death certificate which supposely contributed to her death, my sister did not have. One of the illness is hereditary and my family knows for a fact she didn't have it. I don't have acess to my sister's medical record. My sister and her husband didn't have any kids of their own but my niece was living with them. Is there a way i could get a copy of my sister's medical record without her husband permission?
