Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My sister was on felony probation for fraud. She was arrested for driving on a suspended license which is a felony in Fl, not to mention she is a habitual traffic offender for driving on a suspended license multiple times. This violated her probation, for the violation she was given a year house arrest plus a year added to her probation. Three months passed and she violated probation again by failing a drug test. She went to court and was offered a year in rehab or a year and 1 day in prison. She did not accept it and was given a new court date. My question is will the next offer most likely be a longer sentencing or will they try to offer her something better?

*she was given county probation for the driving on a suspended license charge and so far this is not violated*

Unfortunately, I can't give a solid answer to you because it depends on many things such as the judge, the prosectuor, and her own attorney. Her attorney should have a good idea if they will keep the same offer on the table or not, so I suggest you have your sister talk to them.
