Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Sister
My sister was hooked on crack last year. She got her self into some trouble and went to jail. She spent 3 months. The judge gave her drug court,counsaling, and classess, plus she has to take 2 drug test a week. Now she goes to class and they say her urine is faint positive but the judge's test say's positive. Her put her in jail for 24hrs. She then take's another test negetive. Judge test positive. Back ib jail 48hrs. Another test faint positvie, judge's posetive one week now. I know my sister is not using. What can I do to hwlp her?

You need to get an independent lab do testing. Make sure they are licensed and have proper credentials...
