Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My sister's Ex Boyfriend stole $900 from her and $2000 from my mother, he than pawned her cell phone that didnt belong to him and my sister has the pawn ticket with his name on it, we can prove it was not his property but unfortunately there's no hard evidence to prove he stole the cash other than his verbal confession. How can she press charges?

She needs to contact the police. They can investigate to see if they have enough evidence to prosecute (and it sounds like they do). Don't play detective, let the police handle this and she can get her money back.
