Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Could you tell me if theres anything I could do to help me out of my situation?

I was cuaght with marijuana and pariphanlia. I am under violation of probabtion for the reasons of not completeing an unfair sentence by which the Judge told me that she wanted me to complete 90 meetings in 90 days. I completed 34 of them. The reason for me only completing 34 is the fact that my brother died during this whole thing and I have a problem with God right now. The AA meetings use the word God quite frequently.I want to use the first amendment to free myself of this.

Your best option is try and modify the terms of your probation to something that you can handle. You will need an attorney to help you, so if you cannot afford an attorney GET the public defender office to help you. Good LUCK...
