Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
OK , I have another situation. My mother is presently on probation for a year Because she stole a U-HAUL & she has identity theft but no 1 knows about that YET. Me and my mother dont get along at all she has a n abusive boyfriend that used to beat me and my little sister which is 12 yrs. presently him and her are doing drugs and alos abusive. She abandoned me when i was a baby and on May 9th of 2006 my grandmother that took care of me, past away and my mother tried to walk back into my life. Ok , i am stayin with a friend away from my mother Because of the U-HAUL she was threatning me . But i need to know is there any way of amacipation?
im 16 Female and i live in orlando florida. i dont presently have a job but i do work on side jobs that pay by the day . i do pay rent where i reside at. i go to school at winter park high school . im in the 11th grade and i have great grades . i dont know what to do im worried my mother will try to do something to me. i got a responce back telling me to talk to a school counnselor but i did and it dont help. i need something done soon please . if you can , please give me some information i really need it .
