Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone is slandering my name on social sights and vandalizing my property and I know who it is but can't prove it, what should I do

Call the police and make a report.

It is always good to report criminal matters, such as criminal mischief (vandalism) to law enforcement. They may be able to obtain the evidence that would be needed to allow a prosecution. However, if there is no evidence and therefore nothing can be proven then it won't go anywhere. Call the local police non-emergency line and report the crime. Be sure to tell them as much information as you have, who you suspect, and why.
