Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son was arrested for battery and possession of a pipe used for K2. The battery charge has been dropped. There was no drugs involved, why should he has to take urine tests before court in March?

Apparently, he was arrested and accused of possesion of drugs or drug paraphernalia. As a condition of his release pending resolution of the case, a requirement is that he submit to random urinalysis. If he would like to have this condition of release changed, he needs to petition the court to do so. Otherwise, he needs to continue to comply with those conditions.
