Any judge who this comes in front of will have the ability to deal with your son's bond. However, it seems as if you will need a very compelling reason to get a low bond for your son. If I understand the facts correctly, he was arrested on two occasions while on bond for another charge in a very short period of time. Not what I would call a good track record. A bond is to be sure that the defendant shows up in court for his charges, and does not abscond. However, the severity of the charges (trafficking is bad) or the propensity to commit other charges while on bond are factors which can be considered in determining whether to even allow your son to bond out of jail.
