Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my son was arrested about a year ago when he was 17 for posession of paraphenalia. they put him in a pti program. he is now 19. if he doesnt complete the program, and goes to court what is most likely to happen?

He will get probation, but he should really finish pti because the case will be nolle prossed when he is done. Not true for probation.

He's going to have a conviction that will follow him everywhere. Tell the dummie to finish PTI.
