Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my son was beaten by his room mate and my son head servere bruising of the brain with bleeding on the brain the guy was arrested for felony battery with great bodily harm can we sue him or the homeowner

Yes you can sue him. As far as the homeowner, I would need more facts but usually insurance companies won't pay out for "intentional torts" such as battery. You should contact a civil attorney to see if suing would be worth your while.
