Mrs. Virgin,

Your son's case is complicated and cannot be resolved by way of a brief e-mail exchange here. I recommend you call my office and ask for my Associate, Will Jay, to discuss your son's situation. Mr. Jay is a Board Certified Criminal Trial lawyer and has extensive experience handling sex offenses throughout Florida. I also recommend that you refrain from posting any additional information on the internet regarding this matter.

Dear Mrs.Virgin,

I would suggest that you not speak to anyone but an attorney due to the sensitive nature nature of the charges against your son. I would also point out that you do not enjoy a privilege like an attorney-client privilege respect to information you know about your sons situation which he may have told you and that you could inadvertently told others. In the worst case you or others might have to reveal this information that could incriminate her son. I agree with the previous attorneys assessment of your son situation. If for some reason you are unable to retain a lawyer you can contact me(e-mail or phone) to discuss what steps could be taken to represent your son in this relatively serious matter.
