Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my son is being charged with grand theft. the other person with him is also being charged with grand theft. the other person is the one that stole the item and my son was not there at that time . my son went back with the other person to get the item but was not aware that it was stolen w2as told it was given to the other person.the police no that my son did not steal the item. can my son be charged with grand theft?????
