Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son did follow all of the process he should have done and to get things change in a time and all of the courts rejected him: how do you get someone to hear you when all the answers the courts needed was right in front of them. Who can we turn to to help. Even the judge in the first trial said that he would not have given the my son that kind of time and he did. Yet we can't get any court to really look at the case. Is this a lost cause or should I keep looking for help. Mitigating sentencing.

More information is needed and it can't properly be answered on this forum. Is this an appeal? Has he appealed? Is this a 3.850? Motion to reconsider sentence? Too many questions to your question so I suggest you sit down with an attorney right away as there may be time limits to your remedies.
