Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son and his girlfriend got into an argument and she hit him and in response he trew a pillow at her. She called the police and they took him to jail. He is charged with agravated battery because she is pregnant. My heart is broken because I am afraid he is going to be sent to jail for this. She does not want to press charges but I think they are still going to charge him. What can be done?
