Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My son is an inmate at Hardee Correctional, getting out in June of this year, he wants to review certain records to see if errors were made, sent me an email requesting "a complete state prosecutors case file, Under the Freedom of Information Act, his Case # 2003 c.f. 1832" is this even possible and how and where would I start ?
