My Son in law is being charge with a 3rd degree felony grand theft.

What's the question. What you see is clerk shorthand for defense discovery/demand for alibi. It means the state is telling the defendant that if he has an alibi, he needs to give it to them pursuant to the criminal rules. Defense discovery either means the state or the defense furnished discovery to the other. I cannot tell which.
