Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son just pleaded guilty to multiple 3 degree (burglary conveyance) felonys he was only 14 when it happened he was given probation and community srvice. But I need to be clear on what (ADJUDICATION WITHHELD) means, and will he ever have to state hes been guilty of a felony??

To be absolutely clear you need to call an attorney. However, based on what you wrote, a withhold of adjudication means he is not guilty of a felony. You also say he is 14. Unless he was determined to be an adult these will only stay on his juvenile record anyway. In other words, this shouldn't ever show up on a background check. If he's been charged as an adult, it changes everything, but that does not sound to be the case. Call me if you have any questions.
