Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son is on Probation in Florida. Who can we work with to get him transferred to Wisconsin so we can help him find a job, have a place to live and pay his restitution? His po doesn't seem too interested in helping. He may also need some mental health counseling. How do we get some help from here? I can't afford to hire a lawyer. Thank you.
