Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my son received by mail a "notice of correction and proof of service" (vehicle code s 40505), citation number: B66292 and i dont know whats means, where can i search that? thanks

It is merely a corrected citatation. The officer saw that there was some sort of defect in the original citation and corrected it and it got mailed to you. This is very common. You can get on Miami-Dade Clerk website and find the case by that citatation number. If you need any further help please do not hesitate to contact me.
