Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son has been reported to CPS for having sex with my adoptive 16 year old daugher they came out and interviewed me and my daughter however have not interviewed anyone else, should this be the time my son seeks a consultation with an attorney or do the CPS interview then seek an attorney.\n
