Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son just turned 18. We live in miami fla. He was charged with 5 counts og robberry with a deadly weapon. There were other boys there who got less counts. His role in it was bad but he never held a gun in the robbery and the guy who held the gun had a broken gun with no bullets.. I cant afford a lawyer. How much time could he ne facing

Armed robbery can be punishable by life in prison. Your son needs to talk with his public defender right away. They are they only ones who can help him now, since you stated you can't afford a private attorney.
