Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

okay so my son is 2 years old and had found out that an older child thats 4 has been beating up my child. he gave him a black eye pushed him off couches and he has even pushed him on the floor and held something over his face.... is there any legal action i can take against this problem..i need answers..

Yes, you can call that child's parents. If that doesn't work, get an attorney. For children that age, it's part of life so I'm not sure you'll get very far with the police.
